We are surveyors based in Sydney, who offer their services throughout the whole of New South Wales. We have the most up to date modern Survey equipment and the latest in computer technology. We measure and map surrounding environment using mathematics, specialised technology and equipment.
 
In the field, we use the latest technology such as high order GPS, Robotic Total Stations (Theodolites), and aerial and terrestrial scanners to map an area, making computations and taking photos as evidence. In the office, we use sophisticated software, such as Auto-cad to draft plans and map the onsite measurements.
 
We work on a diverse variety of projects from land subdivision to major construction. We are experts in determining land size and measurement, and also provide advice to guide the work of engineers, architects and developers.

Do you need a Detail Survey?

 
A detail survey shows the features and structures within and adjacent to a parcel of land. They include information about the features of the land, including elevation changes and the location of trees, rock ledges, adjoining buildings, structures and other features. The amount of information shown varies depending on individual requirements but can include; the location of buildings, windows, driveways, walls, trees and natural surface features such as watercourses, embankments, rock outcrops and contours.
 
What do you need a Detail Survey for:
 
  • Development Application (DA) for Council and/or as a provision to an Architect or Engineer for building and infrastructure design
  • Flood studies, detailed landscape design and structural engineering
The process:
 
  • Determine purpose and scope of survey and confirm survey cost
  • Site visit to undertake site survey and measurements
  • Office calculations, plan drafting and quality assurance
  • Issue of Contour Survey plan in electronic (PDF and DWG) formats.
